Signing bonus for all February 2026 onboarded hires for the Patient Care Coordinator role. The signing bonus amount is PHP 7,500.

An additional Php 500 cash bonus for candidates who passed the final interview.

Additional PHP 1000 as a joiner bonus.

Ramp as of February 2026:

Account: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR (HEALTHCARE)
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 28,000 depending on work experience

Qualifications:
• Open to all education levels
• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company;
• Preferably with healthcare exp
• With EXCELLENT communication skills
• Must be willing to work on-site - BGC Taguig
• Age limit: 50 years old

Account: MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST (RCM ACCOUNT)
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 33,000 depending on work experience

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 1-2 years of related work experience in a BPO, with a minimum of 6 months of medical billing experience
• Must be proficient in English
• Schedule: Shifting schedule and may work during holidays
• With EXCELLENT communication skills
• Must be willing to work on-site - BGC Taguig
• Age limit: 50 years old
