: Senior Customer Service Representative – Travel Account
Location: Alabang (Onsite)
Salary Package: Up to PHP 35,000
Perks & Benefits:
15% Night-Shift Differential
HMO on Day 1 + 1 Free Dependent
Paid Leaves (SL/VL) & 13th Month Pay
Requirements:
Education: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
Experience: At least 2 years of Travel Account experience in a BPO
Skills: Strong English communication (B2 level), analytical thinking, and customer service orientation
Availability: Shifting schedules; can start immediately
