Location: BGC

Shift: Mid-Shift (1:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Work Setup: HYBRID (3x/week onsite)

Salary: Up to ₱145K (based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based applications and services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java Spring Boot and ReactJS, along with exposure to cloud and DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, development, and deployment of application features.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations.

Work independently as an individual contributor and deliver assigned work on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Strong background in Java, Spring Boot, REST, MongoDB, and DevOps technologies.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Experience with SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP a plus).

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small projects is an advantage.

Required Technical Skills:

Java Spring Boot + ReactJS – Must Have

MongoDB, REST APIs, DevOps tools

AWS (preferred), Azure/GCP (optional)

ReactJS, Kubernetes, Cloud – Good to Have / Preferred
