Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: EST / Night Shift

Salary: Up to ₱35,000 Plus Benefits

Target Start Date: July 13, 2026

ABOUT:

As a Trainer II – Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed for success. You'll play a critical role in driving learning initiatives, improving training processes, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions
Deliver training using presentations, manuals, guides, and other learning tools
Coordinate and manage training schedules based on business requirements
Drive continuous improvement of training processes and delivery methods
Lead and execute specialized training projects
Monitor training effectiveness and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to less experienced team members
Serve as a subject matter expert for healthcare training program

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years of Healthcare Trainer experience
Hands-on experience within the Healthcare industry
BPO healthcare training experience is highly preferred
College graduate is preferred
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and training methodologies
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
