At least High School (HS) Senior High School (SHS) graduate completed at least 2 years in college WITH at least 6 months of BPO experience • 23k Basic + 2k flex -Fund Allowance • 15% Night-Shift Differential • HMO on Day 1 + 1 free dependent • Paid Sick Leave (SL) & Vacation Leave (VL) 13th Month Pay Has Strong English communication skills (B2 level) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid analytical skills Experience with NPS & CSAT is a plus Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
