Role : USRN Team Leader
Salary: Up to 70k Salary Package
Work Location: McKinley Hills, Taguig City or Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Schedule: Shifting
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted license in Philippines and US (Mainland State)
Preferably with 1 year clinical bedside experience.
Must have a lead role in BPO industry only.
Has background in Workers Compensation Utilization Management reviews (Prospective/Concurrent/Retrospective) for Inpatient/ Outpatient services according to the URAC standards and client requirements and/or policies.
Can start ASAP
Good communication skills
Motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility
