Job Responsibilities:
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN programs such as Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, and Claims Review.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions using adult learning principles.
Develop, review, and update training materials, assessments, case studies, and clinical reference guides.
Ensure training content complies with client requirements, HIPAA regulations, and U.S. healthcare standards.
Assess trainee performance through evaluations, certifications, and coaching sessions.
Support trainees during nesting, shadowing, and transition to production.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, performance reports, and compliance documentation.
Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher and upskilling sessions.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to improve training quality and clinical accuracy.
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) License.
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or similar).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account.
Experience in Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Triage, Clinical Appeals, or Claims Review.
Strong knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, HIPAA, and U.S. medical terminology.
Experience in clinical education, training delivery, or Learning & Development.
Excellent English communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Willing to work onsite/hybrid in Makati on a shifting schedule.
Experience in instructional design is an advantage.
