USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager) | US Healthcare | Makati | Hybrid/Onsite

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced USRN Trainer (Assistant Manager Level) to lead the delivery of clinical training programs for US Healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate will have a valid US Registered Nurse (USRN) license, strong clinical expertise, and proven experience delivering training within a BPO or US Healthcare environment.
You will be responsible for conducting New Hire Training, developing training materials, evaluating trainee performance, ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards, and supporting continuous learning initiatives while maintaining high-quality training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training Delivery
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN healthcare programs including Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, and Claims Review.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
Ensure trainees meet clinical competency, documentation, quality, and compliance standards before deployment.
Curriculum Development
Develop, review, and update training materials, assessments, simulations, and reference guides.
Ensure training content aligns with client requirements, HIPAA regulations, U.S. healthcare guidelines, and internal policies.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to maintain training accuracy and effectiveness.
Coaching & Performance Management
Conduct knowledge assessments and practical evaluations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental support to trainees.
Support nesting, shadowing, and transition-to-production activities.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate training records, attendance, evaluations, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, internal policies, and documentation standards.
Submit timely reports and updates to Training Managers and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Identify learning gaps and recommend training interventions.
Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions.
Participate in audits, calibration sessions, and process improvement initiatives to enhance training quality.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) License.
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or related areas).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or US Healthcare account.
Strong knowledge of Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, or Claims Review.
Working knowledge of HIPAA, MCG/Milliman, InterQual, clinical guidelines, and U.S. medical terminology.
Experience in clinical education, training delivery, or Learning & Development is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work in onsite, hybrid, or virtual training environments.
Eligibility
Must possess an active and unrestricted USRN License.
Willing to work in Makati City on a hybrid/onsite setup with a shifting schedule.
