WE ARE HIRING: WFM Team Lead
Onsite | Davao City
Salary: PHP 35,000/month
URGENT | 1 Opening

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced WFM Team Lead to lead the Workforce Management team in ensuring accurate forecasting, scheduling and real-time management aligned with operational goals in a BPO environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Oversee RTA, scheduling and forecasting functions
Drive team performance through coaching and development
Partner with Operations on workforce strategies
Analyze trends and implement process improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 2-3 years WFM experience in BPO
At least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience in end-to-end WFM functions
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Must be based in Philippines — Davao preferred
