Role Overview • Assist customers with mortgage-related inquiries and concerns • Provide accurate information and professional customer support • Handle customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality
Qualifications • Open to High School, Senior High School, or College Level • At least 1 year of mortgage experience • Strong Customer Service/BPO experience, preferably from the banking industry • Excellent communication skills • Must be located within NCR / Metro Manila
Work Setup 100% Work From Home Equipment and assets will be provided
What We Offer ₱28,000–₱32,000 Salary Package Allowances ₱50,000 Sign-On Bonus HMO after 6 months
