Job Title: Workday Payroll Specialist

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite – Quezon City)

Shift: Night Shift

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Specialist to support the configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of payroll systems within the Workday platform. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in Workday Payroll and a solid understanding of HR systems, integrations, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, ensuring accurate configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
Configure and support Workday modules including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and integrations.
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Support the full software development lifecycle, including deployment, customization, and troubleshooting of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
Identify, debug, and resolve system issues while implementing continuous improvements.
Update configurations and code to enhance system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in Workday, with strong expertise in Payroll and related modules.
Hands-on experience with Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, reporting).
Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD and system integrations is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
