We have ongoing hiring for a Workforce Dialer Manager (WFM) for our BPO Partner company located in Alabang.

Location: Alabang / Work Onsite

Salary: 90K - 100K Basic

Key Responsibilities:

Management of agent staffing between dialers and campaigns to meet hourly requirements

Implementation of dialing plans and real-time monitoring of OB calling to ensure optimal dialing metrics are achieved

Workforce reporting including staffing levels, attendance, and hourly performance

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream preferred or equivalent experience

3-5 years experience as a Dialer Manager ( Workforce)

First-hand experience in US consumer collections operations is a plus
