Job Title: Account Control Officer
Location: Taguig City
Work set up: Hybrid
Salary: PHP 28,000-29,000
Work schedule: Graveyard shift
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course (preferably with background in Finance or Accounting)
• With at least 2 years of working experience in account management, on-boarding/off-boarding assignment management, access provision, and perform background checks is a must.
• The above functions describe a role that involves managing client lifecycles, from initial account creation to off-boarding, while ensuring proper access and performing background checks. The officer is responsible for the administrative and operational support of client accounts, including managing requests, maintaining data, and ensuring compliance through background checks.
• Proficient in MS Excel is required.
• Should be able to manage different priorities and deal with a volume of billing request and invoicing.
• Good communication skills in English
• Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills and Decision-making Skills
• Amenable to graveyard schedule
• Should be amenable to work onsite on a hybrid setup in Taguig
Job Description
• Provide key support for processing high volumes of onboarding / off-boarding requests, monthly assignment extensions and billing rate requests
• Assist in gathering data / updates for a variety of monthly reports, preparing rosters routinely
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests
• Regularly maintain account-wide database, inputting system updates and processing client-side system access requests
• Perform background checks process diligently to comply with client mandates
• Manage external audits end to end, quarterly
• Assist in weekly timesheet distribution
• Assist in ad-hoc requests, as needed
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Team Lead and / or Service Delivery Manager
Background And Essential Skills
• Strong Communications Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Good background in Finance and Accounting
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills – able to manage different priorities and deal with a volume of requests
• Able to work effectively both independently (with minimal supervision) and as part of a team
• A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – with intermediate to advance skill on MS Excel
• Willingness to work on night shift (8 PM to 5 AM | 9 PM to 6 AM)
