A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Forward invoices to Readsoft for ERP upload
- Reconcile purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Follow up with purchasing/requestor on PO
- Create payment proposals for business approval
- Generate payments in the portal
- Obtain relevant approval for payments
- Request currency purchase for international payments
- Create new vendor accounts
- Maintain vendor master data
- Resolve queries on supplier accounts
- Provide reports and analysis related to job function as required by direct supervisor or manager
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE USING SAP
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- With or without BPO experience
- With average to above average communication and written skills
- Preferably can start ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
