We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin Bilingual)

Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift | Fixed Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 100,000–105,000/month
Target Start Date: July 27

We're looking for a Mandarin Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team!

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3+ years of Accounts Payable, P2P, or General Accounting experience
Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig on a night shift

What You'll Do:

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Perform 3-way matching of PO, goods receipt, and invoices
Execute payment runs and reconcile vendor statements
Support month-end close activities
Communicate with Japan-based vendors and resolve payment inquiries in Mandarin
