Salary: PHP 18,000 - PHP 21,000 + 20% Night Differential
Location: Ayala, Manila (Onsite)
Work Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Manila Time
Requirements:
High school or Associates Degree/Jr College education.
3 years Accounts Payable experience .
Proficient in Excel & Word (testing required).
Experience with Oracle or SAP is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Process Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order invoices
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and SOX guidelines.
Handle electronic invoices
Maintain quality control and meet production requirements.
Clear A/P working folders promptly.
Enter Non-PO invoice data accurately and route for approval.
Review and validate OCR invoices before coding approval.
Perform 3-Way invoice line matching for Purchase Order invoices.
Follow A/P policies and SOX guidelines.
