JOB TITLE: Advanced Application Engineer

WORK SET UP: Onsite in Manila

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into detailed design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on project goals, and providing expert guidance to your team members. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that the solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.

• Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.

• Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases.

• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.

• Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.

• Open to those applicants who are currently in the Philippines and already have the right to live and work in the country.
