Job Title: Advanced Application Engineer
Work Set-up: Onsite in Manila
Work Shift: Shifting schedule
Note: Salary is confidential. Final offer will depend on the project assignment.
Summary
The Advanced Application Engineer will contribute to the creation of innovative technology solutions designed for emerging industries and new products. Responsibilities include interpreting system requirements into detailed technical designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert-level guidance. The role also involves troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring solutions meet high standards of performance and quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME).
Collaborate with and manage team members to meet project goals.
Participate in decision-making across multiple teams.
Provide solutions to technical challenges within the team and across groups.
Lead knowledge-sharing activities and promote best practices.
Monitor project progress and give timely updates to stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective changes.
Professional & Technical Skills
Expert proficiency in SAP HANA Database Administration.
Strong understanding of database management principles.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA databases.
Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Strong troubleshooting skills for database-related issues.
Experience with backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA.
Additional Information
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration is required.
Position is onsite in Manila.
Open only to candidates currently in the Philippines and legally allowed to work.
Must not have current or previous employment with the client.
Must not have any active pending application with the client.
