Job Title: AI Technical Architect

Category: Architecture

Work set up: Taguig (Lead - 3 days/week onsite) (Manager Expert - 3-5 days/week onsite)

Work shift: usually Mid-Night shift

Salary budget: Up to Php 200,000

Experience: 9+ years

PARALLEL JOB TITLES:

• Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Architect

Non-negotiable:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including:

- 5+ years in technical or solution architecture roles.

- 5+ years in AI model architecture design and implementation.

• With proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions.

• Strong background in web technologies and enterprise-grade application design and integration.

• Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Data Science projects.

• Familiarity with AI methodologies, Agile development, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

• Programming & Development Expertise:

- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.ts, ReactTS.

- Strong scripting skills (Shell scripts).

- Expertise in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Leading a project is required, not people management

• Open to Non-Filipinos - working visa and relocation package will be offered by CGI. No language premium.

• Must not be a present or former employee of CGI

• Must also not a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company

Position Description:

We are looking for a Technical Architect, with expertise on AI and has background experience in working with Customer Experience (CX) related solutions, to design our development projects and oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional and technical architecture design. You are expected to own and guide the development team to ensure that each project is delivered as planned.

This is a senior role and your goal is to ensure that our automation development projects are designed in the most effective way, projects are delivered on time and per expectations, and internal automation development framework operates properly, and adheres to Industry standards.

Essential Functions:

Your main responsibilities as Technical Architect are as follows:

• Understand client needs to define automation development specifications

• Propose and implement scalable design, software improvements and optimization solutions

• Provide extensive code reviews with software engineers

• Develop both front-end and back-end with tests and standards in place

• Helps analyze business software requirements and comply to SLA requirements

• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise

• Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:

1. Incident Management

2. Problem Management

3. Service Requests

4. Change Management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

## Education:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field is a strong advantage.

- Certifications in Web, Automation, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture is a plus.

## Experience:

. 10+ years of overall IT experience, including:

- 5+ years in technical or solution architecture roles.

- 5+ years in Web, Automation or AI model architecture design and implementation,

- with proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions.

. Strong background in web technologies and enterprise-grade application design and integration.

. Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML and Data Science projects.

. Familiarity with AI methodologies, Agile development, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

## Work Setup & Schedule:

. Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
