Job Title: Assistant Training Manager – Technology
Location: 100% Onsite | Vertis North, Quezon City
Shift: Midshift to Shifting Schedule
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Training Manager to support training strategy and execution for our Technology account. This role is ideal for a results-driven training professional with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern knowledge acquisition (KA) and knowledge transfer (KT) activities, ensuring accurate and timely process documentation.
- Design and manage onboarding programs, ensuring new hires complete structured learning paths.
- Identify training gaps and implement refresher and remedial programs to improve performance.
- Oversee training delivery, including pre-process training, OJT, and go-live readiness.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Operations, and clients to ensure training effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Maintain training data, policies, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA), calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainers and policy specialists to drive continuous improvement.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining knowledge management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in training within a BPO environment (social media experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage training programs, analyze performance, and drive results.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
