*Job Description:*

We are looking for experienced CSRs to handle customer inquiries for our premium Banking, Financial Services & Insurance account.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries related to banking, financial services, and insurance

- Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service experience and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Maintain high CSAT, quality scores, and adhere to company policies and procedures

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum 12 months BPO / Call Center experience is required

- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) experience is a strong advantage

- Strong English communication skills and excellent customer service skills

- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City

- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

*Salary Offer Based on Experience:*

- Competitive package from PHP 19,000 up to PHP 28,000
