Role: Customer Service Representative - PANTHER Financial Account

Location: MOA Pasay - Onsite

Company: EXL Service

Account: PANTHER - Premium Financial Account

Work Setup: Onsite, Shifting / Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle financial account inquiries and deliver excellent customer support

- Assist customers with banking and financial-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications:

- At least Senior High School Graduate to College Graduate

- With at least 2 years of banking and financial experience

- With good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in MOA Pasay

- Willing to work on shifting and night shift schedule

- Can start ASAP
