Banking & Financial CSR - TP McKinley - Up to 28K Package - BFSI Account

Location: McKinley, Taguig City - Onsite (WFO)

Industry: BPO / BFSI - Banking, Financial Services and Insurance

Salary: PHP 19,000 to PHP 28,000 Package

Setup: Onsite - Full-Time - Shifting

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for banking, financial services, and insurance

- Provide accurate info and resolve concerns professionally

- Deliver excellent customer service experience

- Maintain high CSAT and quality standards

Qualifications:

- At least HS Grad or SHS Grad

- Minimum 12 months BPO / Call Center exp required

- BFSI exp is an advantage

- Strong English comms and customer service skills

- Willing onsite McKinley, Taguig

- Can work shifting including night shift
