Qualifications:
• At least 6 months of call center experience (CCE) required
• High School / Senior High School graduates are welcome
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with banking, financial, and account-related concerns
• Provide accurate information and customer support
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
