As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. This role requires a strong focus on customer service excellence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a deep understanding of our software product at all times.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, guiding them through their options and helping them make informed decisions.

Effectively communicate and solve problems of our customers..

Participate in and offer support to Product and QA Teams.

Author support articles on the knowledge base to better enable our customers to self-serve.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings, pricing, and policies to address customer queries effectively.

Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments for future reference and analysis.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder in any related field.

Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).

With excellent analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel, Google).

Must be self-motivated, over-achiever who does whatever it takes to get the job done.

Must be optimistic, resourceful, reliable, and friendly.

Must enjoy working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Must have the skill in effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical bugs in software.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
