HIRING: BPO CUSTOMER SUPPORT – INSURANCE ACCOUNT
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives for an Insurance Voice Process.
Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Process: Insurance (Inbound/Outbound Voice)
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift
Work Mode: Onsite
Eligibility:
• Customer handling skills preferred
• Completed 2 years in college | NO Back subject/s
• READY TOR/Diploma and SSS Employment History
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior BPO experience in insurance or customer support is a plus (but not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance-related customer queries
• Policy information & claim support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions
• Maintain customer satisfaction
