Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Understand customer needs & promote products/services
Upsell/cross-sell with excellent communication
Maintain customer satisfaction & sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum SHS or 2 years college completed
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
1 Year BPO experienced candidates welcome
