Quality Assurance Manager (Telecommunications)
Location: Davao City, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite (Night Shift)
Salary: PHP 80,000–100,000/month (package)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality initiatives for a telecommunications customer support program. In this role, you will oversee quality monitoring, provide coaching and feedback, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead a team of QA specialists to drive continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of BPO experience supporting a telecommunications account.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
- Recent telecommunications industry experience is required.
- Experience supporting the AT&T program is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
