Gratitude Inc. is a leading professional HR Tech Recruitment firm specializing in the recruitment of permanent, contract and temporary positions for the world's top companies. Our Base is in India, Philippines, Malaysia, Kenya, Nigeria, Singapore and USA for now.

We are looking for Business Development Manager for our team in Philippines.

Qualifications:

Should have handled team of senior recruiters across locations in Philippines

In a lead role for at least 4-6yrs.

Should be flexible to work with a multi cultural team, Asians and Africans.

2 to 4yrs in Technical IT Recruitments, preferably in IT Infrastructure. Gratitude primary focus is Technology in the Recruitment space.

Maintain and provide a healthy pipeline for current and future staffing needs. Cost optimization:- Create & Innovate sourcing strategies and manages multiple sourcing channels to optimize quality, availability and cost optimization.

Market Mapping:- Mapping and Industry Research, Identify domain specific vendor partners for quick ramp-ups and niche skills.

Must be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with strong organizational skills.

Effective problem solver who can work with minimal supervision

Strong Sourcing Skills and should have knowledge of IT domain/ market and know about various portals and RMS.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication Skills

Should be able to work in tight deadlines and able to decide targets for all the openings

Should have the ability to work closely with Senior Management Company Profile.

Asia: JD Understanding, Cards Creation, Adding/deleting recruiters from Cards, CV Reviewing, Client Coordination & Managing recruiters

Responsibilities:

Identifying, developing and managing client business relationships in Asia.

Onboarding new clients would be top priority.

Assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery

Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. (includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients)

Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Gratitude's commercial performance.
