· 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic trouble shooting, chat AND email

· Senior High School Graduate / Completed at least 2 years in college
· 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic trouble shooting, chat OR email
Qualifications 3
· College level
· 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice and tech/basic trouble shooting
· Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
· Strong verbal and written English communication skills
· Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
· Can work in Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Alabang & Q.C
Salary Package: up to 40k
