Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for Telco, CE, and Travel accounts

- Provide excellent service via blended voice and non-voice support

- Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally

- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Open to HS/SHS/ALS/Vocational/College level

- With 1 year BPO exp (blended voice/non-voice)

- C1 Written & Verbal Comms Skills (Excellent English)

- Willing to work Shifting (Morning, Mid, Graveyard)

- Willing to work Onsite in HM Tower, Cebu City
