Customer Service Representative, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing!

A Customer Service Representative is expected to:

Provide fist line of assistance to customers calling in regarding their inquiries, concerns, queries regarding the product in a professional and engaging manner

Resolve general customer inquiries on basic product and service questions within acceptable service level standards

Proactively educate the customer on products and promotions

Maintain/accomplish customer database or support documentation as required

What it takes to be part of our team:

A minimum of 1 year experience in a call center

Excellent Communication Skills Experience in customer service preferred but will entertain fresh grads given he/she has the personality traits - Fast Learner.

Able to grasp basic tech concepts
