Location: Aura, Taguig (Onsite)
Schedule: Night Shift

What You’ll Do

* Process and apply customer payments received through ACH, Wire, Lockbox, and other payment channels
* Investigate unapplied or unidentified cash and perform payment research
* Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
* Collaborate with Collections, Billing, and other teams to resolve cash application exceptions
* Support month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or O2C
* Experience with bank reconciliations, payment research, and exception management
* Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift
