Job Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Cash Operations Analyst to support financial processes, including cash balancing, journal entries, and reconciliation. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting background and experience handling large data sets.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cash balancing reports for multiple currencies
Record cash activities through journal entries
Review and verify cash, credit card, and refund transactions
Prepare and upload journal entries for credit card fees
Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Support general ledger management and financial reporting

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
CPA is an advantage (non-CPA candidates are welcome to apply)
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in:
Journal entry preparation
Balance sheet and general ledger
Account reconciliation
Financial reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Strong skills in data handling and analysis (large datasets)
Good communication skills
