Concentrix Davao is hiring for multiple Customer Service accounts! Join our Retail, E-Commerce Retail Blended, and Hotel Reservation teams. Earn up to PHP 19,500 with regular employment and great career growth!

Job Overview:

We have 3 open accounts for Customer Service Representatives in Davao - Choose the one that fits you:

Account 1: Retail Account - Up to PHP 19,500 - Fresh Graduates Welcome!

College Graduate - No BPO experience required - Fresh grads can apply

OR Senior High School Graduate with at least 3 months BPO experience

Account 2: E-Commerce Retail - Blended Account

Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience

OR Senior High School Graduate with 6 months customer-facing experience

Account 3: Hotel Reservation Account

At least 2nd Year College / 72 units completed

Must have strictly 6 months BPO experience

General Qualifications:

Willing to work onsite in Davao City

Good English communication skills
