Job title: Collections Team Leader

Nature of Account: Travel Outbound Collections

Type of Support: Voice

Work set up: 100% onsite at EDSA, Quezon City, Philippines

Work shift: Shifting

Salary: Up to 40K package

Start date: August 1 or 22

Headcount: 1

Qualifications:

• 2nd year completed/College Graduate

• Overall 2 years team lead experience, and 1 year collections supervisor background (financial banking/telco/healthcare, etc.) must be in a BPO industry. No Team Lead experience in BPO should be rejected.

• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills

• Should not be a current or former employee of Wipro

• Must be living within Metro Manila or in Quezon City

• Must not be a job hopper

• Should be amenable to attend for an onsite Operations Interview in Quezon City

Recruitment Process:

• Client Interview: MS Teams
