Concentrix Baguio | Customer Service Associate – Financial & Retail Accounts*

*Location:* Baguio City, Philippines | *Work Setup:* Onsite, 24/7 Shifting

*Job Type:* Full-time | *Mass Hiring for July*

Salary & Benefits

Financial Account: Up to PHP 24,000/month

- Retail Account: Up to PHP 19,500/month

- Onsite setup | HMO + Government benefits + Night shift differential

- Paid training, performance incentives, and career growth

Qualifications

Financial Account:

- Education: College Graduate OR High School/SHS Graduate OR at least 2nd year college

- Experience: Expro 2+ [6 months BPO experience or more]

- Segment: Any Segment

Retail Account:

- Education: At least SHS Graduate

- Experience: Expro 2+ [6 months BPO experience or more]

- Segment: Any Segment

*General Requirements

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Baguio City

- Open to 24/7 shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
