Job Title: Consultant - Digital Transformation (Project Management)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Consultant in Digital Transformation to lead process improvement and transformation projects for our clients. This role involves leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and CX Transformation expertise to create impactful, market-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Identification & Execution: Identify digital transformation opportunities, followed by effective project planning and execution to achieve agreed client targets.
Lean Six Sigma & Digital Mentorship: Guide and mentor teams on LEAN Six Sigma principles and Digital Transformation practices.
Solution Building: Develop best-in-class transformation solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct research on CX best practices, contact center trends, and customer journey mapping.
Design Thinking & Process Re-imagination: Lead design thinking workshops and blueprint activities to reimagine customer journeys, enhancing customer effort reduction and improving straight-through processing.
Lean Six Sigma Training: Facilitate and conduct training sessions to strengthen process improvement skills within the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (relevant fields preferred).
Experience: 6-10 years in Digital Transformation and Continuous Process Improvement.
Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Minitab.
Basic technical understanding of Citrix, ADUC, Windows OS, and web-based applications.
Certifications: Certified Greenbelt or Blackbelt in Six Sigma.
Project Management: Proven experience in project management and design thinking methodologies.
Industry Experience: P&C Insurance and CX Transformation experience preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; action-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Iloilo City.
Flexible to work in a shifting schedule and onsite as needed.
English Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
