CRM Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for an experienced CRM Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will lead CRM development initiatives, collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor developers, and deliver scalable enterprise CRM solutions.

This is a Hybrid role based in Quezon City with a Night Shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM based on business needs.
Develop CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, dashboards, and integrations.
Lead software enhancements, feature development, bug fixes, and CRM improvements.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Azure technologies.
Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Create technical documentation and functional specifications.
Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Lead and mentor developers while ensuring timely project delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Ensure development follows Microsoft best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with C# and .NET development.
Knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
Proficiency in:
- C#
- HTML
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- JSON
- Asynchronous Programming
- Model Binding
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Automate
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
Experience with Azure services and technologies.
Knowledge of SSRS and CRM Reporting.
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to lead development teams and deliver projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Certification.
ASP.NET MVC experience.
Experience with .NET APIs.
Knowledge of:
- HTML5
- XML
- SharePoint
- SSIS
- SSRS
- MVC Framework
Experience with enterprise CRM implementations.
