Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to design, develop, customize, and support CRM solutions that improve business operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions, develop integrations, and deliver system enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET technologies, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Development & Customization

Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Deliver CRM enhancements, system improvements, defect fixes, and new feature integrations.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
Develop user-focused solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions across multiple technologies.

Technical Responsibilities

Develop CRM solutions using:
- C#
- JavaScript
- HTML/HTML5
- jQuery
- JSON
- JavaScript frameworks
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Asynchronous programming
- Model Binding
Build and support integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP services
- SOA-based architecture
Work with Microsoft technologies including:
- Dynamics 365 CRM
- Power Platform
- Power Automate
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- Azure services

Reporting & Integration

Develop and maintain CRM reports using SSRS.
Support CRM integrations with external applications and APIs.
Work with .NET applications, web services, XML, SharePoint, and related technologies.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with clients and business users to understand CRM needs and recommend solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Lead and coordinate with offshore/onshore teams to deliver projects successfully.
Participate in Agile development processes.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM development or software engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 configuration and customization preferred.
Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
Strong programming experience with C# and .NET technologies.
Experience with:
- ASP.NET MVC
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Web Services
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- JSON
- jQuery
- XML
Knowledge of SSRS, CRM Reports, SSIS, and SharePoint is an advantage.
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Automate
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
Agile/Scrum development experience.
Experience managing or mentoring developers.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
