Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Telecommunications account, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, mobile services, plans, and technical concerns
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions across multiple communication channels
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
• Accurately document customer concerns and resolutions within company systems
• Meet performance metrics including quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and data privacy standards
Qualifications:
• Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
