Job Opening: Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Technical Support Representative (TSR)
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) or Technical Support Representatives (TSR). In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions (for TSR roles).
Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old and above.
At least a Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
No BPO or call center experience required.
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Basic computer navigation skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
