QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate.
. Must have at least 12 months of Healthcare Customer Care Experience (CCE); or
. Graduate of any Medical-related degree or Healthcare course.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to healthcare clients through phone, email, or chat.
Address customer inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, billing, or appointments.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
Deliver quality service while meeting performance and productivity targets.
