About the role

Join our dynamic team at firstsource Philippines Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. With a focus on delivering quality customer experiences, this role is vital to achieving our company's goals.

What you'll be doing

Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions to enhance their satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the same industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
