Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- 2 years of experience in international voice process
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Manage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
