Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Spanish Bilingual

Department: Operations

Work Timing: Night Shift

Work Setup: Onsite

Target Start Date: October 28th



Job Description:



We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Spanish Bilingual) to join our Operations team. In this role, you will handle various patient inquiries and assist in the management of patient accounts, focusing on the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a customer-centric approach, ensuring a high-quality service experience.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Insurance Coverage: Assist patients by confirming updated insurance details and submitting claims to insurance companies upon request.

  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments based on their preferred time and facility.

  • Prior Authorization: Handle inquiries related to the status of prior authorizations on file.

  • Medical Records Requests: Fulfill patient requests for copies of their medical records.

  • Follow-up Appointments: Schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellation of Appointments: Manage appointment changes and cancellations.

  • Account Management: Update patient demographic information on file.

  • Stop Notification: Manage requests for stop notifications via text or email.



Qualifications:




  • Education:


    • College Undergraduate / Senior High Graduate / College Graduate / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)



  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills (both English and Spanish)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Good interpersonal and training delivery skills





Experience:




  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the US healthcare industry is required.
