Customer Service Representative (Full Time Employment)
Location: Cebu
Job Description: Receives Inbound calls from patients requesting to set up medication refills.
Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) determine the eligibility, process orders,
set deliveries, resolve exceptions, and collect payment.
Minimum Qualifications:
-College Graduate (any course)
-2nd yr Undergraduate (completed) w/ 6 months BPO experience
-2 year associate graduates w/ 6 months BPO experience
