• 4-year course graduates with or without work experience
• OR completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
