• OR Completed at least 2 years in college (72 units minimum) with 6 months of any work experience
• Good customer service orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work onsite
