Job description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain customer records and update account information
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
Meet performance and quality targets
Build positive relationships with customers
Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school grad /senior high school grad/ Bachelor’s Degree
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
